What does back order mean and how long will it take to receive my package?2017-09-15T23:05:47+12:00

If you’ve made a back order on an item, it means that we don’t currently have the item in stock. Depending on the item, it can take anywhere between 5 – 15 days to restock. Once your back order has arrived, we will send it out to you as soon as possible.

We will endevour to communicate with you each time there is progress on your order to ensure peace of mind.

We use PayPal as our payments provider. Founded in 1998, PayPal is right at the center of online payments system. One of the most internationally recognised and secure payments systems online, we can assure you that PayPal is safe.

What if there’s an issue with my package?2017-09-02T02:04:31+12:00

If there is an issue with your received package, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package so that we can sort it out as soon as possible. Please supply photographic proof and a description of the issue. If we deem the issue as valid and in good faith, we will endevour to make things right as soon as possible.

If the item you received is not as described on the website (i.e. size, colour, detailing etc), we’re happy to refund you upon receipt of the returned original and unused product.

Please note that any costs incurred during the returns process is not part of the refund. (i.e. postage costs required to send the product back). The refunded amount for returns will be the amount paid on the product only (i.e. not inclusive of postage and handling fee) minus 3rd party processing and handing fee.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?2017-09-15T22:48:42+12:00

All Sassy Little Badger orders ship within 24 – 48 hours from the time the order is placed successfully. If your order was placed on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been marked as ship, you will receive a notification email. Your order will take approximately 2-5 working days to get to you via NZ Post.

For those that ordered it to be shipped to an overseas address (outside New Zealand), please expect approximately 10 -32 working days via Internal Air.
